Jag har gjort det med 1x1km plattor som man lägger ut och som man bytt ut texturen på mot en bild ur Google earth. Lite krångligt och man får bara en upplösning på lite mer än 1pix/1m men det är mycket bättre än att försöka göra det för hand.
