Which rails are missing? In the tunnel or in the snow tunnel?

I tried to create some scenarios but it seems to be almost impossible because many track sections are defined as one way. Can this be fixed? (I tried editing tracks.bin but I accidentally changed the direction for most signals so that wasn't the best way!  ) |
That's what I did because it doesn't work when they point in both directions.
