I discovered one more thing is speed. The train has a top speed of 140km/h and the real one is at 200km/h. Can you get top speed in any way?

I have no idea, you'd have to ask the author or read the manual. Normally a Stadler FLIRT in real life can go up to speeds of 200 km/h but the average maximum speed in the game is around 140 km/h.
EDIT: Speed has been adjusted to 200 km/h in the latest update
