Hmm, I think you need to update your STL Trainz Monitor.
Download this file:
https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/...rnel%203.1.rar (direct link) and install "1 STL Source - Kernel 3.1", and overwrite everything. The STL Sound Library should be in that package (it is when I just tried download it).
