RAIL SIMULATOR DEVELOPER EDITION

This runs Rail Simulator in full editor mode, allowing the user to create fully

RAIL SIMULATOR DEVELOPER EDITION (logging enabled)

This runs Rail Simulator in full editor mode, with the logging application
and default logging options enabled.
THE ASSET EDITOR

The Asset Editor is a source creation tool for taking new content and importing
it into Rail Simulator. Please see the document - 2.01 Asset Editor Guide

TOACE

This tool converts from popular image formats into ACE files which are used
by Rail Simulator.
PACKAGER MANAGER & PACKAGER CREATOR

These tools allow the packaging of 3rd party assets which can be installed by
