tigerli, you can try and ask vovven47, he's working in gmax and is very good at animation.
From your Picture it looks like you have animated the Wheels then it's just a matter of adding a dummy for the connecting rod and link it to the front Wheel (b.r.frontwheel) and disable the heritage for x-rotation.
