Dear Railroad-fans,
we would like to inform you, that the company Freudenreich & Tollknaepper GbR will close his doors.

After 10 years of a successful partnership in railroad simulation, Ulf and me (Ernst) will go different ways.

Ulf will create a new label "Virtual Railroads". Under this label you will get the well known quality models for Railworks.
This models will be available as downloads in his own shop in the future.

German Railroads will continous his work under Ernst Tollknaepper. But the focus of German Railroads in the future will be back
on the Microsoft Train Simulator. So you will not find any new Railworks Add-Ons in the future from German Railroads.

With a huge excitement I will follow the development of Open Rails and I will support them with our work in German Railroads.

The shop, the forum and the website will still be the same adress. Only the focus will change.

Details about the future projects of German Railroads will follow in the next days in another newsletter.

De går vidare var och en för sig, RW modeller kommer fortsättningsvis från "Virtual Railroads".

Jo, rubriken blir kanske lite tossig, RW eller om man så vill RailSimulator.com har ju inget att göra med vad German Railroads sysslar med. Ja, mer än att det bolaget splittas, men det berör ju som sagt inte RW på något sätt. Deras modeller fortsätter att byggas, men under annat bolagsnamn.

En signal dock som man kan snappa upp i meddelandet är väl för all del ett slags erkännande för Open Rails, ena halvan av bolaget anser tydligen det så pass substantiellt att man satsar på det så pass. Det är intressant.
