I can't get the online translation tools to give me an exact definition of the following:

Linjeplats
Hållplats
Hållställe

Any help appreciated!

OK! I'll give it a try - I can't really find a proper single word for each word, so I looked them up in a legal document for Swedish Railways (BV-FS 1997:4)- though difficult to translate legal text;

Linjeplats = A spot along the track, outside a station area, where there is a switch or a moving bridge.

Hållplats = A spot along the track, outside an ordinary station area, without switches but intended for passenger exchange.

Hållställe = A spot (i.e. platform) inside a station area, intended for passenger exchange - marked with an own name.
