Jag har laddat ner lite objekt och readme-filen är på holländska, belgiska eller nått? Kan någon översätta nedanstående?

Polyp.V1.0 is freeware en moet als zodanig
worden behandeld. Dit bestand mag niet worden gebruikt voor commer-
ciële doeleinden, in commerciële routes, of worden geplaatst op
cd-rom's (of andere datadragers) bestemd voor handelsdoeleinden,
zonder toestemming van de maker van dit bestand. Voor
